Thai Massage combines assisted yoga like stretching while the therapist simultaneously applies rhythmic trigger point pressures utilizing her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet. Back Walking may be incorporated if desired.

Thai Combination Massage

The Swedish massage component includes soothing gliding strokes to relax your entire body.

Thai Swedish Massage
As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. The muscles are rubbed with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Your first time at the spa? Or don't get a massage often? Swedish massage is a good fit for beginners.
If you want deeper work and can tolerate more pressure to get relief from chronic muscle pain, it's possible to book a deep tissue Swedish massage.

Thai Foot Massage
We attend to much more than your feet during your foot massage! We start by soaking and scrubbing your feet in deliciously relaxing warm water.  Your Therapist will customize your experience based on your specific need areas-focusing on your feet, calves, head, shoulders, and arms.
